Fence Cleaning in Dallas, Plano & Nearby Cities
Brighten gray, weathered and mildewed fences, and get them ready for a fresh coat of stain.
Bring your fence back to life
Cedar and pine fences turn gray and green under the Texas sun and rain. Vinyl and metal fences collect dirt, mildew and sprinkler stains. Before you think about replacing yours, a good cleaning can make a huge difference.
We use a gentle, low-pressure method on wood so the fibers don't get torn up, and a soft wash for vinyl and painted fences. Your fence comes out cleaner, brighter and ready for stain or sealer if you want to protect it.
Ideal for: cedar and pine privacy fences, vinyl fences, wrought iron and metal fences, and gates.

Every fence cleaning job includes
- Pre-wetting nearby plants and grass
- Low-pressure wash for wood, soft wash for vinyl and metal
- Mildew, algae and gray weathering treated
- Both sides of the fence (when accessible)
- Gates, posts and caps
- Thorough rinse of the fence line
- Stain-ready finish on wood (if you plan to stain)
Why clean your fence
Cheaper than replacing
A clean fence often looks years younger. It's a fraction of the cost of new boards.
Lasts longer
Mildew and algae hold moisture against wood. Removing them helps slow rot and warping.
Perfect before staining
Stain soaks in evenly and lasts longer on a clean fence. We get it ready for you.

Fence Cleaning FAQs
Will pressure washing damage my wood fence?
High pressure can, which is why we don't use it on wood. We use low pressure and a cleaning solution so the wood gets clean without fuzzing or splintering.
Can you clean both sides?
Yes, as long as we can get to the other side. If it faces a neighbor, we can clean it with their permission or just do your side.
Do you stain fences?
Our focus is cleaning. We'll leave your fence clean and ready for stain, and we're happy to share tips on choosing a stain.
How long before I can stain after cleaning?
Wood needs to dry fully first. In warm weather that's usually 2 to 3 days.
