Simple House Wash (“Simple House Wash,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in the Dallas and Plano, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit simplehousewash.com (the “Site”), request a quote, book a service, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address and property address.
- Job details: property type, services requested, notes, preferred contact method and photos you upload of your property.
- Communication records: messages, calls and emails you exchange with us.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the date, time and web page where you gave consent.
- Payment information: when you pay for a service, payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, and whether they call, text or request a quote. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. It does not receive the details you type into our quote form. 3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the text message consent box on our quote form, or otherwise give us permission, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Simple House Wash at the phone number you provide. These may include appointment reminders, service notifications, quote follow-ups and promotional offers.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS provider), who may only use it to send messages on our behalf.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to provide services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes.
