These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of simplehousewash.com (the “Site”) and to services provided by Simple House Wash (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes
- Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and, when needed, an on-site visit.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- If conditions on the day of service are different from what was described (for example, larger areas, heavier staining or extra items), we will talk with you before doing additional work or changing the price.
2. Scheduling, access and weather
- You agree to give us safe access to the areas being cleaned, including gates and working outdoor water spigots, unless we agree otherwise.
- Please keep pets indoors and move vehicles, fragile items and valuables away from work areas.
- We may reschedule because of rain, freezing temperatures, high winds, lightning or other unsafe conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
3. Pre-existing conditions
Cleaning can reveal problems that already existed, such as loose or failing paint, oxidation, rotted wood, cracked or loose mortar, leaking windows or seals, faded surfaces, or permanent stains. We are not responsible for these pre-existing conditions. Some stains (such as old oil, rust or hard-water etching) may not come out completely, and we will tell you what to expect when we can.
4. Your property
We take care to protect your property and landscaping. Please point out any delicate plants, outdoor electronics, unsealed windows or doors, or areas of concern before we start. If you believe something was damaged during our work, let us know within 48 hours of service so we can look at it.
5. Satisfaction
If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, contact us within 48 hours of service with details and photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
6. Payment
- Payment is due when the service is complete unless your invoice says otherwise.
- Commercial accounts may have different payment terms in their written agreement.
- Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
7. Text message program
Program: Simple House Wash customer notifications and offers.
Description: When you opt in, for example by checking the text message consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Simple House Wash, including appointment reminders, service updates, quote follow-ups and promotional offers, at the mobile number you provide.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to interfere with the Site’s operation, or copying our content and photos without permission. All content on the Site, including text, photos and our logo, belongs to Simple House Wash.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Simple House Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County or Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
